The Burain XL FX4 is an upgraded fractional laser system developed
by Germany’s WaveLight, based on the original Burain XL platform.
It utilizes a 2940 nm Er:YAG (Erbium:YAG) wavelength, along with
CO₂ laser, is widely used for laser resurfacing procedures.
Due to its high absorption rate in water, it acts selectively and
effectively on water-containing skin tissue, enabling precise and
controlled treatment.
